What type of person is Kaiser looking for?
We are looking for graduates who are analytical, can think strategically, and enjoy challenging and varied work. Good writing and communications skills are essential.
In addition, applicants should have a genuine interest in economic development, and demonstrate some understanding of current economic trends and developments in South Africa.

How does the selection process work?
A first level of screening will be completed based on the information provided in the excel file and supporting documents. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted telephonically or via e-mail and invited to participate in telephonic interviews. The top candidates from the telephonic interview screening will be invited to recruitment workshops held at Kaiser Associates’ offices in Cape Town during September 2009. Offers of employment will be made to successful candidates by mid October 2009.
Kaiser Associates reserves the right not to make any offers of employment in the event that applicants fail to meet our selection criteria.
