Dube TradePort Trade Zone Strategy and Feasibility
Development of strategic plan of the trade zone (industrial park) proposed for the new Durban Airport. As overall project lead Kaiser was responsible for developing strategies and conducting high level feasibility on cargo facilities, a perishables centre, other support ventures, and Cyberport (IT connectivity and value-added services).

Jebel Ali Airport City and Intermodal Logistics Park Strategy and Feasibility Study
Strategy and feasibility analysis for the development of a second airport in Dubai. Initiated as a cargo-focused airport, to include an integrated logistics platform leveraging their existing ports and airports infrastructure, with the aim of retaining and supporting Dubai's competitiveness as a regional logistics hub. The study covered operational and commercial recommendations for establishing an airfreight and intermodal logistics hub in Dubai.

Dubai Flower and Perishables Centre Free Zone Feasibility and Strategy
Concept development, feasibility assessment and business plan for the development of a perishables logistics and trading hub (and special economic zone) in Dubai. Aim of project was to leverage Dubai's location and logistics infrastructure to establish it as a new trading hub for flowers, fruits/vegetables and fish being shipped between Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Project covered all aspects of strategic planning and techno-economic feasibility and oversight of masterplanning.

Munich Airport Perishables Centre Feasibility
Market assessment and feasibility analysis to support the establishment of a logistics hub for the global horticultural industry, with a focus on Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria and Eastern Europe. Assessed global horticultural trade flows, forecasted future flows, analysed horticultural value chains to identify added-value opportunities, and understand the economic links within the sector.
